Outcome of board meeting of Time Technoplast

Held on 13 August 2014

Time Technoplast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Monika Srivastava as Woman Director on the Board.

2. To raise funds upto Rs.150 crore through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), subject to Shareholders and Statutory / Regulatory approvals, if any.
