Pennar Engineered Building Systems announces cessation of nominee director

With immediate effect

Pennar Engineered Building Systems announced that, pursuant to the letter received from Zephyr Peacock India Fund III and ZP India Advisory on 29 September 2015 withdrawing the nomination of Mukul Gulati as Nominee Director on the Board of the Company, the Company has informed to the Exchange that Mukul Gulati has ceased to be a Nominee Director of the Company with immediate effect and the Board will take note of the same in its next Meeting.
