Pidilite Industries incorporates subsidiary named Pidilite C-Techos

Pidilite Industries along with Chetana Expotential Technologies has incorporated a subsidiary namely 'Pidilite C-Techos' on 18 September, 2019 to carry on the business of construction of building works or any other structural or architectural work of any kind using C-Techos wall technology.

The Company shall hold 60% of the paid up share capital and management control of Pidilite C-Techos.
