PVR to consider quarterly results

PVR will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 04 May 2018, to approve Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2018 and recommend the payment of final dividend, if any, on equity shares of the company, and recommend for the members' approval, issue of Non-Convertible Debentures, if any, up to Rs. 1,000 Crores.
