Quest Softech India announces resignation of company secretary and compliance officer

Quest Softech India announced that Archana Tripathi has resigned from the post of Company secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.

The Company is in the process of appointing a Company Secretary to act as the Compliance Officer of the Company. However, during this vacancy, the Company's Director Dhiren Kothary is designated as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
