Real Estate shares ease

Real Estate stocks were trading with losses, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index falling 17.15 points or 1.22% at 1386.24 at 13:52 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Sobha Ltd (down 5%), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 3.1%),Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 2.5%),DLF Ltd (down 1.52%),Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 0.84%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Godrej Properties Ltd (down 0.24%), and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (down 0.08%).

On the other hand, Phoenix Mills Ltd (up 0.95%), Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (up 0.82%), and Omaxe Ltd (up 0.65%) moved up.

At 13:52 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 189.09 or 0.63% at 29878.12.

 

The Nifty 50 index was down 36.8 points or 0.42% at 8755.4.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 170.81 points or 1.74% at 9968.02.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 55.43 points or 1.59% at 3544.85.

On BSE,1433 shares were trading in green, 731 were trading in red and 152 were unchanged.
