Real Estate stocks edge higher

Real Estate stocks were trading in green, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index increasing 11.82 points or 0.52% at 2287.8 at 09:47 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (up 7.88%), Sunteck Realty Ltd (up 1.61%),Phoenix Mills Ltd (up 1.23%),DLF Ltd (up 0.26%),Oberoi Realty Ltd (up 0.2%), were the top gainers. Among the other gainers were Omaxe Ltd (up 0.16%), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (up 0.14%), and Sobha Ltd (up 0.11%).

On the other hand, Godrej Properties Ltd (down 0.99%), turned lower.

At 09:47 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 118.6 or 0.29% at 41424.62.

 

The Nifty 50 index was up 31.2 points or 0.26% at 12213.7.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 56.68 points or 0.41% at 13843.37.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 10.58 points or 0.22% at 4802.44.

On BSE,962 shares were trading in green, 407 were trading in red and 68 were unchanged.
