Real Estate stocks slide

Real Estate stocks were trading with losses, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index decreasing 67.08 points or 3.24% at 2004.75 at 13:47 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, DLF Ltd (down 7.12%), Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 5.2%),Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (down 5.2%),Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 3.78%),Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 1.69%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Sobha Ltd (down 1.64%), Godrej Properties Ltd (down 0.1%), and Omaxe Ltd (down 0.03%).

On the other hand, Phoenix Mills Ltd (up 1.06%), and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (up 0.5%) turned up.

At 13:47 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 486.52 or 1.24% at 38610.62.

 

The Nifty 50 index was down 140.3 points or 1.21% at 11447.9.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was down 177.17 points or 1.3% at 13411.03.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was down 69.31 points or 1.52% at 4484.75.

On BSE,669 shares were trading in green, 1661 were trading in red and 126 were unchanged.
