Real Estate stocks edge lower

Real Estate stocks were trading in red, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index decreasing 85.78 points or 4.34% at 1892.23 at 13:47 IST.

Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, DLF Ltd (down 8.03%), Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (down 4.9%),Godrej Properties Ltd (down 4.73%),Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 4.26%),Sobha Ltd (down 2.33%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 1.94%), Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 1.85%), Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 1.64%), Omaxe Ltd (down 0.26%), and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (down 0.25%).

At 13:47 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 363.42 or 0.94% at 38303.91.

 

The Nifty 50 index was down 80.6 points or 0.7% at 11393.85.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was down 204.76 points or 1.55% at 12966.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was down 89.18 points or 2.01% at 4344.35.

On BSE,646 shares were trading in green, 1640 were trading in red and 138 were unchanged.
