REC consolidated net profit rises 338.37% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 17.47% to Rs 9211.46 crore

Net profit of REC rose 338.37% to Rs 2077.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 473.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 17.47% to Rs 9211.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 7841.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 68.50% to Rs 8378.24 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 4972.27 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 18.89% to Rs 35552.68 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 29903.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
