Religare Enterprises gets RBI nod to carry business as a core investment company (CIC-ND-SI)

Under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934

Religare Enterprises announced that pursuant to Company's application, Reserve Bank of India has issued to the Company Certificate of Registration permitting the Company to carry on the business as a Core Investment Company-Non-Deposit Taking-Systemically Important (CIC-ND-SI) under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
