Ridhi Synthetics announces change in directorate

With effect from 29 May 2014

Ridhi Synthetics announced Deepa Bhavsar has been appointed as an additional director of the Company with effect from 29 May 2015 in compliance with provisions of Section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with clause 49(II)(A)(1) of the Listing Agreement.

Sushma Jain, Director of the Company has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 29 May 2015.
