At meeting held on 26 March 2015

Shree Digvijay Cement Co. announced that the following changes has taken place in the Company's Directorate:

Carlos Eduardo de Arruda Boggio, a Director of the Company has resigned from his directorship with effect from 26 March 2015.

The Board of Directors appointed a woman Director - Meike Albrecht, in their meeting held on 26 March 2015.
