Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation provides update on scheme of amalgamation

Scheme becomes effective on 31 March 2016

Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation announced that the Certified order copy of the Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shristi Housing Development , Vitthal Hospitality and Vivekananda Skyroad with Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata on 31 March 3016.

Consequent to the above, the Scheme has become effective on 31 March 2016 with appointed date being 01 January 2015
