Outcome of board meeting of Vama Industries

Vama Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 April 2016, inter alia, has considered and transacted the following:

1. Allotted 3,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to V. Atchyuta Rama Raju (a promoter) upon conversion of equal number of warrants.

2. Allotted 4,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Anil Unnikrishnan (a non -promoter) upon conversion of equal number of warrants.
