Outcome of board meeting of Sri Vajra Granites

Sri Vajra Granites announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 April 2016, has taken the following decisions:

1. Accepted resignation of Srinivas Reddy Annapureddy from the position of Managing Director of the Company.

2. Appointed A. Leela as Managing Director of the Company.

3. Authorised Srinivas Reddy Annapureddy to sell excess land to repay the overdue loan amount payable to Andhra Bank, Kamareddy Branch.
