SJVN announces cessation of directors

With effect from 13 September 2014

SJVN announced that the following directors have ceased as Directors of the Company w.e.f. 13 September 2014 on completion of their tenures of appointment fixed vide appointment letter dated 14 September 2011 issued by the Ministry of Power, Govt, of India:-

Asha Swarup - Independent Director
Kamaljit Singh Gill - Independent Director
S.M. Lodha - Independent Director
Arun Mahajan - Independent Director.
