Speciality Restaurants will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 February 2016, to Consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 alongwith the limited review report of the statutory auditors for the corresponding period.
