Syndicate Bank announces cessation of director

With effect from 01 February 2016

Syndicate Bank announced that Dr. C R Naseer Ahamed, who was nominated by Government of India under Section 9(3)(h) of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, has ceased to be a director of the Bank with effect from 01 February 2016, consequent upon completion of his term of Office.
