The Board of TMT (I) has approved the resignation of Tumbalam Gooty Naga Aravind Gupta as director of the company with effect from 08 September 2018. The Board also approved the appointment of Bhim Shankaram Kanda as Additional Director of the company with effect from 08 September 2018.
