At board meeting held on 14 July 2016

Transoceanic Properties announced that the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated 14 July 2016, inter alia, have approved the following:

- Appointment of Ms. Palak Sejwani as an Additional Director in the Category of Non-Executive, Independent and Women Director of the Company with effect from 14 July 2016 in accordance with the provisions of law.
