Ujaas Energy announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Ujaas Energy announced that Nilesh Rathi and Narendra Beli, both Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company, resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 14 November 2014.

The Board placed on record their appreciation for the assistance and guidance provided by them during their tenure as the Directors of the Company.

Further, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Manish Agarwal as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company, on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, w.e.f. 14 November 2014.
