UltraTech Cement allots USD denominated notes aggregating USD 400 mn

UltraTech Cement has allotted unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured USD denominated notes (in the form of Sustainability Linked Bonds), aggregating to USD 400 million, corresponding to approximately Rs.2,900 crore due 16 February 2031 (Notes), @ 2.80% per annum, payable semi-annually on 16 August and 16 February of each year, commencing from 16 August, 2021 as per applicable laws.

The Notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading.
