Essar Ports clocked volume of 20.94 lakh shares by 13:45 IST on BSE, a 87.21-times surge over two-week average daily volume of 24,000 shares. The stock surged 9.5% at Rs 90.45.
Motilal Oswal Financial Services notched up volume of 5.01 lakh shares, a 51.23-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 10,000 shares. The stock jumped 8% at Rs 220.
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise saw volume of 82,000 shares, a 7.06-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 12,000 shares. The stock rose 6.68% at Rs 1023.45.
Indian Hotels Company clocked volume of 13.61 lakh shares, a 5.84-fold surge over two-week average daily volume of 2.33 lakh shares. The stock rose 1.49% at Rs 99.
PTC India saw volume of 26.30 lakh shares, a 5.47-fold rise over two-week average daily volume of 4.80 lakh shares. The stock rose 4.44% at Rs 101.25.
