Welspun Enterprises allots 1.50 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Welspun Enterprises has allotted 150,000 equity shares on October 12, 2020 to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their options under Welspun Enterprises Limited-Employees Stock Option Plan 2017.

Consequent to the allotment of shares, the equity share capital stands altered to 14,88,33,056 nos. aggregating Rs 148.83 crore.
