From Welspun Projects to Welspun Enterprises

Welspun Enterprises announced that the Registrar of Company has issued certificate for change of name of the Company from Welspun Projects to Welspun Enterprises.

The change of name of the Company from Welspun Projects to Welspun Enterprises was sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, at Ahmedabad as part of Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement.
