Wockhart to raise up to Rs 150 cr via NCD issuance

The Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors of Wockhardt, at its meeting held today i.e. 21 May, 2021, inter-alia, approved the raising of funds upto Rs. 150 crore through issuance of Rated/Unrated, Listed/Unlisted, Secured/Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, in one or more tranches/series to such eligible investors as maybe deemed appropriate.
