BJP legislator O.P. Sharma was suspended for the entire winter session of the Delhi assembly for making a sexist remark against AAP legislator Alka Lamba.
A resolution on suspending Sharma, one of the three Bharatiya Janata Party members in the 70-member house, was passed by the assembly. The winter session ends on November 28.
