Chinese foreign minister to meet Suu Kyi in Myanmar

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is scheduled to meet his Myanmar counterpart Aung San Suu Kyi on Tuesday.

Wang arrived here on his first visit to Myanmar within days of the new government taking office on March 30, Xinhua reported.

He is also the first foreign country's minister to come to the Southeast Asian nation after the new government led by President U Htin Kyaw was sworn in.
