ED conducts raids against Virbhadra Singh

The Enforcement Directorate on Friday searched several places in three states, including Delhi, in connection with money laundering probe against Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.

"The searches were conducted today with regard to laundering probe against the chief minister in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata," an official told IANS on the condition of anonymity.

The raids were carried out on some associates of the chief minister and those named in the FIR registered by the Enforcement Directorate in Delhi, he said.
