Emmy Rossum suffers food poisoning

Actress Emmy Rossum has fallen ill with suspected food poisoning.

The 27-year-old flew to London on Christmas to celebrate the holiday season, and she kept her fans updated by posting photographs on microblogging website Twitter.

She later took to the website to inform her fans about her illness, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"Food poisoning on vacation is the worst (sic). Holiday epic fail," Rossum tweeted.
