Hema Kaul to showcase creations in London

Indian-born and Dubai-based designer Hema Kaul will present her collection titled Summer Sorbet at Fashion Scout in London Friday.

Now in its 17th season, Fashion Scout is a platform for emerging and established design talent.

Kaul, who is participating in the event for the third time, will present a retro/tropical collection that boasts femininity with a concoction of fresh florals and classical vintage designs on an assortment of relaxed beachside dresses to fun flirty cocktail dresses, read a statement.

Printed organza, French tulle and lace are incorporated with an infusion of soft pastels including lilac mint, baby blue and pink hues.

 

The intricate embellishment is made up of 3D flowers.
