Remember me as someone who never hurt others: Ratan Tata

Tata Group chairman emeritus Ratan Tata Wednesday said he would like to be remembered as one who never hurt anybody.

"Remember me as one who never hurt others, as one who worked in the best interests of business," Tata said at an interaction here.

The 76-year-old said he has never thought of joining politics as he was "not cut out" for that field where water is "very very deep".

"Like my mentor J.R.D. Tata, I never considered politics, as I felt I am not cut out for that. The water there is very very deep," he said at the programme hosted by the Ladies Study Group of the Indian Chamber of Commerce.
