The national capital saw sunny weather Saturday as the maximum temperature settled at 34 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year. Light rain is expected Sunday, the Met Office said.
"Light rain or thundershowers may occur in some parts of the city tomorrow (Sunday)," said an official at the India Meteorological Department.
Sunday's maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to settle around 34 and 24 degrees Celsius.
The day's maximum humidity was recorded at 93 percent.
Saturday morning was pleasant and the minimum temperature settled a notch below the season's average at 23.5 degrees Celsius.
Friday's minimum temperature was 23 degrees Celsius, two notches below average for this time of the season, while the maximum temperature was 31 degrees Celsius.
