Four sentenced to life imprisonment

Additional District and sessions judge Sajjal Mandilwal convicted and sentenced the four for beating a villager Hirjal Paswan to death on August 3, 2004 following a dispute over drainage at Budhuwa village near Apohigola police station.

The convicts were Dhanji Singh, Shivji Singh, Baijnath Singh and Durga Singh.

The court also fined them Rs ten thousand each.
