16-year-old girl sexually assaulted by neighbour

A 16-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by her neighbour in Rabupura area here, police said today.

The accused has been arrested, they said.

DSP, Jewar, Jagat Ram Joshisaid that the girl had gone to the market for shopping when the accused took her to his room on some pretext and then sexually assaulted her.

The victim has been sent for medical examination, he said.
