5 die, over dozen injured in road accident

Two women succumbed to their injuries after facing a tempo-truck collision today in Badhpura area here, taking the death toll to five.

The deceased women have been identified as Uma (25) and Munni (50), police said.

Earlier, three persons including the tempo driver Irfan (48) and two unidentified persons had died on the spot and over a dozen were injured when a tempo was hit by a truck on Etawah-Gwalior highway, Badhpura police station area Circle Officer, Shivraj Singh said.
