AAP expands organisational structure in poll-bound Punjab

The Punjab unit of Aam Aadmi Party today expanded its organisational structure in the poll-bound state with appointment of 14 new office-bearers.

Punjab AAP Convener Gurpreet Singh Warring said the party has appointed nine new vice presidents and five joint secretaries.

The new vice presidents are: C D Singh Kamboj, Balbir Singh Saini, Baldev Singh Azad, Boota Singh Ashant, C M Lakhanpal, Inderbir Singh Nijjeer, Mohan Singh Phalianwala, Mehar Singh Malli (Mohali) and Dalbir Singh Dhillon.

While Major Singh, Varinder Singh Khara, Harinder Singh Amritsar, Lalit and Sarika Verma were appointed joint secretaries of the party's state unit.

Jaideep Singh Samrala has been appointed the head of Volunteer Welfare and Management wing. At present, he is working as the national joint secretary of AAP.
