Ambika Yoga Kutir to launch online Yoga training

Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir here which completed 50 years recently plans to offer online Yoga training soon, official sources said.

Addressing a press conference here today the Kutir's president Manohar N Deshmukh said that training is still imparted free of cost and a three-day Yoga convention has been organised from January 2, 2015, to celebrate the Kutir's 50th anniversary.

Kutir secretary Ramchandra R Surve told reporters that the institute would also establish a research wing as well as set up a video conference room to impart online Yoga training.

Doctors associated with the institute would conduct research on the health of those trained by the institute, he said.
 

The institute has a total of 87 centres of which five operate abroad they said.

So far, more than 1,000 inmates from prisons in Thane and Alibagh have been imparted Yoga training, they said.
