CISF jawans, officers donate day's salary for JK flood victims

Troops and officers of paramilitary CISF today pledged to donate a day's salary in the Prime Minister's Relief Fund for Jammu and Kashmir flood victims.
The force, which is tasked to secure vital installations in public and private sectors, will deposit the amount soon.
Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) chief Arvind Ranjan announced the decision in this regard and said the force stood by the victims in their hour of tragedy.
The CISF has 1.47 lakh personnel in its ranks.
