Clinkers seized in Jharkhand

The trucks were transporting the raw materials allegedly avoiding excise duty to the tune of Rs one crore, the sources said.

The raid was conducted at Morangi in Hazaribagh district and Sandi in neighbouring Ramgarh district following a tip-off that the trucks were to unload the clinkers at two cement factories in these places, the sources said.
