CRPF brings Kashmir children on Delhi tour

A group of 24 children hailing from Jammu and Kashmir are on a tour of the national capital as part of a goodwill gesture by paramilitary force CRPF.
The children, all of whom live in an orphanage 'Rahatghar' in Srinagar, will also be taken on an excursion of historical places like Agra and Vrindavan as part of the educational trip.
In Delhi, the children were hosted by the wives welfare association of the force where they interacted with actor Nafisa Ali and gallantry award winners.

The children were later felicitated by the wife of CRPF chief Suneeta Trivedi who is also the President of the welfare association.
The Central Reserve Police Force is deployed in J and K for rendering internal security duties and other operational tasks.
