Documentary on Beary language released

A documentary on Beary language brought out by the Karnataka Beary Sahitya Academy was released by eminent Kannada film director Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar here today.

The documentary was directed by senior journalist B M Haneef.

In his speech Chandrashekhar said language of every region was closely associated with business, culture and lifestyle. "We have to protect our language with great love. Love and respect all languages, but practice your language", he said.

Several programmes of the Academy were also launched on the occasion.
