Chennai-based Echo Cascade India P Ltd, today launched its tobacco free Electronics USB Cigarrette (E-Cigarette) in the Coimbatore market.
The product, +GREENS+ with a refill and a battery, has no nicotine, no bad smell, no tobacco, no ash, free from cancer, and above all no harm to human health, L Manikandan, Chairman, Echo Cascade, claimed at a press meet here.
Demonstrating the product, Kannan, Marketing Executive, said that the e-cigarette has got different flavours like coffee, strawberry, menthol to serve the customers as regular high, regular medium and regular light to give sole satisfaction.

New Coke Oven Battery-6 of RSP creates new record * The New Coke Oven Battery-6 of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) has created a new record in single day oven pushing on February 10, plant sources said today.
The battery-6 collective notched up the highest figures with a total of 82 pushings in the day as against the previous best of 80 pushings.
The 7-metre tall battery of 67 ovens has the capacity to produce run of oven coke (dry) of 0.768 mt/year. The computerised heating control system has been installed for the battery operation for the process management system to improve reduction in environmental emission, improve coke quality and productivity.

Standard Electricals announces entry into fans segment * Standard Electricals, a unit of electrical goods major Havells India Limited, today announced their entry into domestic fans segment in the country.
Standard Electricals also launched 12 models of wall, table, pedastal and exhaust fans for the market in Tamil Nadu.
"The Rs 6,500 crore fans market in the country has two segments -- organised with Rs 4,500 crore and unorganised with Rs 2,000 crore. Our focus is on the organised segment," Havells India's Senior Vice President Narendra Choudhary told reporters here.
The Rs 3,00 crore Havells India was targeting for over Rs 100 crore in the next year, with the launching of 12 of its products in Tamil Nadu market, he said.
