VE Commercial vehicles, a 50:50 joint venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, has launched new generation light duty buses -- Eicher Skyline Pro Series -- for emerging premium market segments.
Eicher Skyline Pro buses are available in school, staff and tourist variants with seating capacity ranging from 36 to 60, high head rest and school bus seats as per the segment requirement, a company statement said.
The buses, equipped with Eicher E-483 engine, come with parabolic suspension and radial tyres for larger passenger and driver comfort, it added.
