Eleven ministers, including two deputy chief ministers and three women, took the oath of office in the Congress-led Mukul Sangma government in Meghalaya today.
Rowell Lyngdoh and Roytre C Laloo, hand-picked by Chief Minister Mukul Sangma, will hold the post of deputy chief ministers.
Three women Ampareen Lyngdoh, Roshan Warjri and Deborah C Marak also took the oath of office administered by Governor R S Mooshahary.

Among others, Clement Marak and Sniawbhalang Dhar were made ministers, while H D R Lyngdoh, P Tynsong and A L Hek were retained from the previous cabinet.
The chief minister's brother Zenith Sangma also took the oath of office.
Speaking about the women ministers, the chief minister told PTI "I am confident that they will perform well. It is an honour to have them as members in the new cabinet."
Meghalaya can have a maximum of 12 ministers, including the chief minister.
The Congress had won a total of 29 seats, two short of absolute majority in the 60-member House.
Twelve independent MLAs also support the government.
