Fake Indian currency, heroin seized

Acting of a tip off, police team arrested one Gurdev Singh and seized the narcotics and counterfeit currency from his possession in Chheharta area here, AIG Counter Intelligence Wing of State Special Operation Cell of police Rashpal Singh said.

According to preliminary investigations Gurdev was involved in cross border smuggling of heroin and fake currency, he said.
