Four medical students killed in an accident

Four medical students were killed in an accident at Teegalaguttapalli village, on the outskirts of Karimnagar town on Wednesday evening, police sources said.

According to the Karimnagar Rural Circle Inspector V Narender, four second year medical students from Prathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Karimnagar, were returning to Karimnagar in a car from their college.

At Teegalaguttapalli village, their car hit a bus resulting in the death of P Navakanth (21) of Parkal in Warangal district, Mahesh Nayak (21) of Mahaboobnagar, R Rahul (21) of Hyderabad and Gorre Nani (21) of Pegadapalli mandal in Karimnagar district.

The police has registered a case and their bodies have been sent for post mortem, the circle inspector said.
