Free DTC bus service for women on Raksha Bandhan

The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) has announced that women passengers will be allowed to travel free of cost in its buses during Raksha Bandhan.

The DTC said in a statement that the facility will be available for women passengers travelling in Delhi and NCR in AC and non-AC buses between 8 AM to 5 PM on August 7.

Considering the heavy rush of commuters during the festival, DTC has also decided to put its maximum buses on road.
