Freight rates remain steady on ample availability of trucks

Freight rates for the nine-tonne payload section showed a steady trend at the local truck transport market in the national capital today following comfortable position of trucks against restricted cargo movements.

Transporters said reduced cargo movements coupled with substantial position of trucks in the market kept freight rates unaltered.
